How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, then follow the refund request flow, or
- Email us at support@bizcommandos.com with your order confirmation and we will assist you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period; after that the subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
Renewals outside the refund window
For automatic renewals after the initial 30-day window, please cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith together with Paddle.
